Surprise Ball Rowena - Really Late

For 's new years collab. Owen gets a surprise when the party suddenly turns into a ball.

BTW this is the first time you can properly see what Owen's mind's eye looks like, the necklace has the same pattern as the eye scar pattern that is obscured by the hair.
